OMQ! (Barrel Aged) is a complex, boldly flavored Belgian style Quadrupel Ale made with a La-Chouffe yeast and aged in barrels that rested Bourbon for six years and then Brandy for another two years. High gravity, low hop bitterness, dark fruit flavors and robust malty aroma characterize this smoothly balanced Belgian Quad.
